    1) FCSC (if they have the playups with them, they should take it. They will lose some games if the schedule overlaps with the 99's)

    2) Eastisde Timbers (the addition of the better Clackamas players added speed, size and skill and may swap first place with nemesis even if FCSC has their full roster.come down)

    3) Van. Timbers Red (in a funk of late, but should be strong come fall, so they are in 3rd, but if the 'funk' continues, the ranking will drop.)

    4) THUSC Silver (solid skills, great team work, but undersized, may struggle this year to finish fourth, only had +1 GD, so won some games they maybe shouldn't have, might be ranked to high)

    5) F.C. Portland (plagued with injuries and limped along with B players for long stretches, if healthy could take 4th, if the play ups on 99', come down and everyone is healthy, could be a top team like they were at U11 winning fall).

    6) L.O (L.0. appears to have added some size with some Clackamas players that didn't go to Eastside, but it's not enough, it looks like the skill went north to eastside)

    7) BSC Black (sound technical team, won D1 and moving up to premier, but has struggled playing the big girls) But they finished better then T/S, so they are ranked higher.

    8) Westside Timbers T/S (big, aggressive but have three good players spread evenly on the field. An aggressive forward, attacking middie and apparently a keeper. The rest just run into the opposing teams players.) They will struggle moving up from D1 and won finish higher then 7th or 8th.

    NEU (Neu has a couple of great players but not enough depth, finished bottom of premier and will get regulated to D1 and will do very well there and should finish 1 or 2 in D!

    RVT (O.K. better skill then T/S, but lack speed and size) Finished 3rd in D1 and won't move up to premier. But will give NEU a run for the title at D1.

      Just for an FYI cuz I have read a lot of comments about the funk of Washington timbers in state cup. They had a ton of injuries to started before state cup including I believe their goal keeper. So yeah they were in a funk.

      Will FCSC even be in the premier division or suspended... interesting to find out.

        A "ton" might be overstating it a little. Central defender was out and GK missed the first game vs Xfire. Rest of the "players" were there.

          Two starters from the backline
          Top scorer with pulled hamstring. Played all games injured
          Every team at this level would struggle with those issues

          But it doesn't really matter. Players needed to step up and get the job done and they didn't get it done. I'm sure with the merger that there will be changes coming.

            This sounds like WC Soccer Dad from the WA forums! Hope your team is on the mend and it will be interesting to see the changes ahead.

              I would move:
              Eastside Timbers - to #1, undefeated during Spring and OPL State Cup. 2 strong FW combo and a GK with a boot.
              Westside Timbers Copa TS- to #3, undefeated Fall'012 only allowing 2 goals. Spring wins over Vancouver Red 00, WSA Liberty 99.
              Vancouver Red 00 - to #5, lost to WT Copa TS and a weak Spring and State Cup finish.

                Agreed on Eastside @#1. I believe you need to swap #3 and #5. I don't think Westside will be better than VT Red. Thusc should slide down the list a few spots.

                  FC Portland will be better then last year.

                  The play ups who helped win State Cup with the 99 team the last 2 years will all be playing on age next year.

                    That rumor flew around last year and it didn't happen.

                    Eastside Will be #1, clearly.

                    Westside T/S will not be in the top 1/2 let alone 3rd. Their resume is based off of mediocre D1 teams and the occasional premier team not taking them seriously in spring league.

                    The first post mentioned Westside Copa as 10th... They had T/S players during State cup and still played horrible soccer. Better then in the past, they would occasionally make it past the mid-line with a 'boot', but sill they are at best a low level D1 team and even that is arguable.

                      Yes WST COPA TS did have a couple players helping their sister team and beating out THUSC Silver making the semi in OPL State Cup. We'll see how the Summer turns out for accurate Fall predictions.

                        Neither Westside teams will be relevant.

                          Can someone explain the different WST teams; Copa, Samba, TS etc?? Which WST team will be playing premier this fall?

                            WST = Westside Timbers
                            WST TS = Westside Timbers Tualatin/Sherwood
                            Copa = First Team
                            Samba = Second Team
                            Mundial = Third Team

                            You'll have to look at last Fall'12 Premier and First DIV OPL results. Top 6 Premier stay and top 2 First DIV teams promote up.
