Scroll up and read. I doubt anyone from THUSC will post a timeline of events for some random on the internet.

2) Perhaps the board thinks that THUSC, after many years of bad will under TA, needs to become more community-focused, and that this new mission is incompatible with tigers like RH. Which is fine--we need more community-focused clubs and fewer trying to be the Premier Elite Academy. And THUSC has long performed this mission well on the boys side. Of course, the real tigers in THUSC aren't at THUSC but at CU, and it appears that RH made off not with the CU girls, but many of the B-teamers and pre-ECNL girls.
3) This could simply be a personality conflict, one that was only going to be resolved with someone (KL or RH) leaving, especially if neither was willing to work for the other. If the board had made the opposite choice, we might instead be hearing about e.g. KL leaving THUSC and joining OPFC, and trying to re-organize CU without THUSC's involvement. (What ECNL would think of such a thing would be interesting--it likely would run into headwinds similar to what BU is running into with OYSA).

Earlier in this thread (or maybe the other thread on RH), someone was praising the Board's mission statements and such, and suggesting the governance of said board was the main reason for THUSC's success, not the coaching staff. I couldn't tell if this was trolling (in which case, well done!), self-flattery, or some lackey fellating the THUSC board out of some bizarre Trumpian fealty, but it was hilarious to read.

Doesn't mean they can't get there, but the bigger/more complex the organization, the further the job is from the lessons you learn on the soccer field.

It looks like THUSC’s board didn’t deal with a bad employee quickly enough and got burned.

I don't think any of the THUSC board members have enjoyed the last couple of weeks.
Nothing like angry soccer moms and dads to brighten your day.

I didn't know the '06 team was a state cup finalist.

At any rate... if the GPS trophies all belong to MJ regardless of the host club, why wouldn't the same apply to RH? It was her team that lost to FC in the finals; THUSC was merely the host club.
Even GotSoccer agrees!
