    DA is going away

MLS is pulling out of DA in 2021-2022 season. They will be playing MLS only league 16-19 2 teams per club.

DA will exist for remaining 50 clubs. not much of a league Only running 15s 17s and 19s

This means ECNL will have a bigger footprint in Youth soccer.

Better start planning now for your 06 and up kids.

Do you have a source for this other than, "I said so?"

That would probably be best. Let the MLS team split off. Everyone else goes to back to local leagues

it has been rumored for quite some time MLS clubs will pull out. USSF gave them their own mini-league this year to try and appease them, but in the long run MLS clubs want to do their own thing, their own way. I don't blame them - they're the ones spending the $ to develop kids, nearly all of whom they'll never get a penny back on their investment.

Where does that leave all the non MLS clubs? Now they're more like any other league but with more restrictions. Fi they don't disband the only way it survives is merge with another league to build scale back up and get rid of the HS ban as well.

50 clubs across the whole US? Yeah, that'll work well with parent's travel budgets. Not.

Well TBU does not have to try for a full DA anymore. Clearwater will go ECNL which will hurt TBUs girls program. Good luck.

Anyone rooting against DA in favor of girls b-league ECNL for boys is nothing more than pathetic, sad loser. You don't build up a krap league but tearing one down that is better. DA is far from perfect but the only fidiots who think ECNL is answer for boys is those who don't have DA or can't cut it. Truth! Deal with it.

Finally, that's how it should have been all along. DA does not mean anything, every club has some type of DA, so the quality isn't there.

The only teams who should have a DA are the MLS teams and the USL teams.
