Can anyone please confirm how long the suspension is for a GDA player who got busted for playing high school is?

I searched the DA site and there is no information there.

As for Fury, players were each given different consequences. Some have a 2 game suspension and others, up to 6 games. Also mandated to give up high school soccer immediately or be suspended from the league for the rest of the year. The club had to forfeit a number of games and were dropped from the new DA Cup.

Rumor is most of the suspended players have already made their decisions to leave so they could continue playing for their high school. Many of them have continued to play for their schools as if the suspensions weren't even a bother.

This leaves Fury in desperation mode because those players were the only light that club had to survive after the ECNL and Albertson Fury debacles.

I highly doubt that club survives until next season.

lol true. Spend all that money to travel for beat downs. Sucks for their opponents that will now have crappier than usual competition.

Funny that busted players are sticking with their HS teams. Says a lot about what they think of the club and GDA in general. Clearly they never really wanted it in the first place.

What the players wanted???? Hahahah. Know one asks, knows or cares what the players want. The players have to just vote with their checkbooks. They look around at all the crappy options and go with the least objectional one.

If there was even one club with quality training, reasonable price, competitive league, effort made to minimize the travel along with basic organization and communication, they would have their pick of every good player on LI.
