    Boys u17->u18 (2000)

    For all the people that said ACYS would represent Florida at the U17 Region III Championships better than Davie, you can go check out the results. Davie last year was region champions and went on to nationals. ACYS got knocked out in group stages this year.

      Please add that 5 players from Davie made OC DA this year after the SC final. How many from ACYS?

      Just the Keeper, but he was at OC before.

            Yes Miami, but they'll relocated.

              So 5 Davie players are moving from Miami to Orlando changing schools everything to play for oc? Your not thinking straight. Way to much money and parent has to move

                It's an MLS DA, fees are paid by the club. Players will more than likely only pay for shared housing costs and not much then if they have a host family.

                  A few MLS clubs are starting residency programs. They see it as the future path of developing players.

                    Yes but oc is not one of them right now. My son was also offered oc next year but we didn't want to relocate a parent to Orlando for that. Oc must be really desperate for players if they indeed took 5 players from Davie. They did have some good players but 5 kids from one team to OC? Like I said, oc really needs players for next year. Very good Davie players would have been better off at Weston if they could make team.

                      More like the parents are desperate if they're willing to do that. Doing a long commute is one thing, relocating borders on crazy

                        Nobody from Davie went to OC. OC doesn't want those dainty diving Davie Divas.

                            Why would anyone want to go to OC with their DA director leaving to New York Red Bulls? What is going on at OC with this being the 2nd director in as many years of DA leaving to another clubs?
