Why are Yankee and FSA players training at OW

Yankee is dead. No younger teams. And going to OW is a joke. CFCU is where it's at

YU is looking to partner/associate with another program. Not sure if OW is the one, but there is a rumor on the street. They want to join a club who is good and has younger teams.

Not sure what street you’re getting your rumors from, but think about it logically. In order to “join a club”, they would need to actually have teams to add to the mix. Yankee is on life support in a hospital with a power outage. They have 5 teams in total, 1 of which is a 2001. Their base is FC, no way they’re “merging” with OW. Yankee will be dead in one to two years, their players will disperse to various clubs and JN and WM will have to figure out another way to make some extra dough.

Not sure any of the YU 02 team would even start at CFCU 02. Maybe the forward, but then she is competing against two kids that have been pulled in National team pool and are committed to Big Ten schools.

It's been a slow, agonizingly painful death for YU but the end is near. The 02s aren't moving because they've nowhere else to go. The top few players on that team should have left three years ago but somehow YU sweet talked them into staying. The club is down to 5 teams (no Ulittles, not even u11 or u12). Other than the 02s the other teams are rubbish. they've discussed tdeals with other clubs before, when they were in a much better position, but everyone walked away. They bring nothing to the table now.

I know parents of players on that team- they love it.
never leave fun for fun-it doesnt work out- and this board proves that if you find a club situation that works stay
