    Long Island HS Soccer combine

LongIslandSoccer.Net and AP Sports Venture Group announced the inaugural LongIslandSoccer.net High School Combine – powered by AP Sports which will be held at Pro Game United FC’s Outdoor Training Facility on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

The 2019 LongIslandSoccer.Net High School Combine will be based on an application process and will be split up into two separate divisions, boys and girls. The boys division will run from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and the girls division will run from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. The size of the clinics is limited to 48 players, which ensures quality training and evaluating for all participants.
    Boys - Register Here
    Girls - Register Here
The combine is meant for high school soccer players who are expected to graduate high school in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and want to play at the collegiate level. After applying, select players will be invited to participate in the combine. Different from other showcases, where games are often spread out over multiple field locations and making it impossible for the coaches to see everyone, this combine is the best way to guarantee that the staff watches you play. The combine will take each player and evaluate them based on their individual soccer abilities.

The combine aims to help each player improve their skill and give them the opportunity to be recruited by collegiate and professional coaches. The select coaches will guide participants through drills, skills work, and game simulation. Each player will be evaluated and scouted by college coaches based on their tactical, technical, speed and agility skills.

The staff is comprised of collegiate coaches and area soccer professionals from the tri-state area. There will be a 5to-1 player-to-coach ratio, which guarantees that all staff members will be available to watch the participant play.

At the end of the combine, there will be a college forum for all participants where an expert panel of college coaches will give advice on NCAA requirements, financial aid, picking the college that’s right for you and more. Additionally, the New York Red Bulls coaching education manager will speak about their academy team.
    TRAINING DETAILS
    • Max of 48 players will be selected per gender once the application process has concluded
    • Once a player is accepted into the program, the acceptance is for the full program.
    • Vertical Test
    • 40-yard Sprint
    • Technical/ tactical activities
    • Small-sided games/ scrimmages

Hello, it’s only a one-time cost of $92.56. You wouldn’t have to pay anything else. This is a 4-hour, one-day combine. There’s no more cost to it.
