Wow, you all sound like OW steals kids, but I suppose these ginga and sporting kids show up at tryouts, so they must not be too happy on those teams or they wouldn’t tryout for OW. No one forces these kids to attend tryouts. Can’t steal players that are looking to play at other clubs

It’s the perfect storm of pulling in blue collar sporting kids and white trash from Ginga. Blend that with arrogant Glastonbury families and you have the perfect storm. Picking apart teenage girls out of jealousy. This might be the new low water mark.
CFC parents are pretty brutal but most of their bluster is over college commitment superiority. At least they have some tangible facts to work with
And you are taking shots at others? That’s amazing

Mostly they don't pan out and all that playing up and extra training did nothing at all. You think they would do something to improve how they select players based on their abysmal track record.
But they just keep making the same mistakes and then bringing in kids from the outside who outshine their brutes who have no soccer IQ. But they foul really good. What is that definition of insanity again?

These forwards are not scoring by themselves.

Kids need to know that a fantastic assist or use of vision is valued the same way getting the final touch is. We cant have teams where we have 8 kids trying to play striker.
