You are an idiot that has no idea about soccer about rec level. D2 is still NCAA and many of the teams can beat D1 teams (same in other sports). NAIA has completely different rules in regards to recruiting and scholarship money. Most of the top D2 teams are mostly foreign though. They are able to use different types of scholarships for International students without touching athletic scholarships. The D2 schools love using that as a selling point.
