The hyperfocusing of this ECNL dad who started this thread on this GPS group of little girls is alarming. Does your dd know you come on here and post this crazy stuff about other people's 13 year old girls?

You might be surprised to find out that it's one of the many unhappy GPS parents that keeps ragging on the team and club. ECNL parents don't care at all what goes on in OYSA.

The GPS system will give my super awesome little guy a pipeline to the FC Bayern Youth Academy. How could I possibly be mad with that?

The ECNL parents may not care, but the coaches do. They were relying on breaking up the group to strengthen their teams. That is why there is numerous attacks on the girls (rec players), the parents (lemmings) the name (ticky tackies), the club (or not a club). I am certain that the parents have seen the attitude expressed by people here and elsewhere and are not impressed with the culture.

Again, nobody cares what you think or where the GPS girls end up. They've chosen to fall behind developmentally and that's their right. More power to them!

So, now you are the expert on development. Holy cow, where does your excellency stop? Can't you just be thankful that you're kid has a place to play? Most of the time, blow-hards like yourself spend their time justifying why their DD doesn't get to travel with the team. Be realistic...and stay focused on the excuses Mr. Developmentally Challenged.

Sounds like you're pretty wrapped up in it ... maybe you should seek help?
