Sinking ship.

This club continues to deteriorate because of their lack luster coaches, selling tactics, toxic parents who try to recruit with lies, and bait and switch with developed kids from other clubs.

Perhaps this guy can change things?.......oh wait he's got a full time job already.

So, giving the job to two guys who have more commitments elsewhere is not the smartest decision. You'll get no respect from your coaching staff and how the hell will they be able to monitor what is going on? More words from FC instead of actions. The parents at FC will fall for this crap though. Wait a minute, what happened to their two DOC's BI + BG?

There have been dad coaches at FC over the years and I know of at lease one now. He's been with the club forever. He was there before his kids played for the club and he'll be there after his kids leave. If you are really familiar with the club you'll know who he is.

I have known four dad-coaches at FCP over the years. All of them have been highly qualified and successful.
