Intelligent readers will give up on this thread unless someone capable of writing above the 5th grade level can explain exactly what the corruption is.

Make a commitment and stick with it. Or walk away and accept the consequences. Take it as a life lesson and quit whining.

You want to know what the corruption is? Maureen and Nader are pocketing the money. They take advantage of every opportunity they have to squeeze money out of everyone. Regarding Coach Wilson's team, they paid $600 to receive a new alternate full pink uniform for games. Maureen did not provide the team with the jerseys they paid for. The team got these ****ty quality and ugly uniforms. They were lied to and didn't get what they paid for. Also, part of the money that was raised for the uniforms was supposed to go to Brest cancer. I am almost 95% sure that no money went to breast cancer and that Maureen and Nader pocketed all of the money. Club is BS. Used to be a great club with great teams in each age group. Now there are only about 3 or 4 good teams out of 37. Corruption at its finest.

1. Find out when the board of directors meeting is
2. Get some facts and put together a coherent argument
3. Rally some other families to your cause
4. Get on the board's agenda and present your case
I guarantee if the facts are on your side you will get satisfaction.
You might consider presenting your case here first, just to prove that you aren't just another TS loony-toon with a grudge.

You collect lots of fees when the club has lots of teams. Then over time, you become a smaller club because teams/players leave, however, your balance sheet (sorry to make reference above 5th grade language) becomes flush with cash. No problem, right? Non-profits can make money, they just can't distribute dividends (profits to shareholders.) But you can get those profits out through big salaries and personal expenses (even though thats a no-no). And if your board is small (controlled) and no one watches, then management can do whatever they want. So bottom line, if you take big salary, big expenses and have a smaller operating budget because your club is small - you got yourself a party!!!!
Thats how these things happen!!!

Oh wait, you didn't do that? You rather just rant like an imbecile on a public message forum? Good luck with that strategy. You'll have to do better than that if you want to be taken seriously. Show us that you're serious or else STFU and go away.

The board consist of three (3) members. Renato, Nader & Maureen. They never hold any public meetings, they never hold any board meetings and no one ever gets to meet with them even if you formally request a meeting. Something is very wrong with this situation.
