That's exactly why the team filed when they did. They were pretty certain they would win and a win would force USSF to do something. In other words, good PR move.

    Being a homophobe doesn't mean you're correct.
You can keep repeating that the USWNT doesn’t get equal treatment. However the facts don’t corroborate your “feelings”

USSF itself has stated they aren't paid the same. Fact.
The women play or turf, not grass like the men. Fact.
The women fly commercial, not private like the men. Fact.

Actually it was more than two minutes - you know its was like, when they won a medal in every women's olympics from the very first tournament, won the first world cup, and medaled in every world cup and olympics from 1991 until 2015. It was like, twenty four years of fame. Also, the men get paid more when you look at how the compensation is obtained. The women have made more because . . . wait for it . . the men suck azz!!! That's right! The men's teams have always been an embarrassment to America because they are losers! Every time! Like don't even qualify losers! So the women get bonuses the men don't - for winning! If the women's team played as poorly as the men they would be making nothing. The men get paid an appearance fee of $5000 a game, so they get $100k a year JUST FOR SHOWING UP! It is totally un-American and anti-capitalist to pay the men anything. They need to stop embarrassing our country and just pack it in.

The women agreed to their current contract. Fact.

And the federation itself has not been above making claims that aren’t wholly accurate.

Take U.S. Soccer’s assertion that it paid the women almost $8 million more than the men between 2010 and 2018. According to Caitlin Murray, who wrote “The National Team” and has done an extensive analysis of the financial claims and counterclaims, that figure includes bonuses the U.S. women got for winning the 2012 Olympics and 2015 World Cup, as well as for reaching the final of the 2011 World Cup, while the U.S. men failed to even qualify for their World Cup in 2018 and lost in the Round of 16 in 2010 and 2014.

Many a team has taken on the U.S. women and lost. U.S. Soccer won't fare any better.

Both sides can use numbers that support their cases. Now that talks have stalled courts will decide, not the court of public opinion.
