Their management style is going to drive them right into the ground. Like a lightening strike.
FSA is already failing on the girls side. They should just put their money into the boys side.

Move the F on idiot. Open your eyes and understand that it is about $$. They don't care about anything but the money and they are NOT FAILING at that. Stop biatching about the level of play to keep beating a dead horse.

What does put the money into the boys side even mean? They make coin on that side also.

Yes he was nearly killed - in a coma for several days, almost didn't make it. Other people injured, some only got knocked out for a brief moment depending on where they were. Scary AF. Dumb to try and get in a youth game under last night's conditions.

It already is a boy's club. They can't even do much more on the boys side anyway - they can't get DA (and financially may not want it) so they are in the next highest league and doing pretty well with it. One would argue that it is the girls' side that needs more effort, starting with better coaching.

If you didn't know the nitwits at fsa you might think it's nonsense, but typical fsa behavior. Get the games in, make a few bits at snack bar, try to get parents engaged to fill out their D team rosters

Good thing you got your GED finally at 28 years old otherwise you would never have been able to spell nitwit

You could grow a set as a parent and make a decision to not put your kid on the field if you’re that afraid for their safety. Or you could continue to whine about how a clubs decision to play overrode your ability to make a choice.

I agree. Put all their resources in boys and they to top. But too many stupid girl parents writing checks, tough to give up when you have millions mortgaged

I don’t understand how you think all resources go to the boys program? They both use the same facilities, both are in ecnl. Coaches get paid the same whether they coach boys or girls. This makes no sense at all! And yes I’m sure they have a mortgage, who else in the state has such a facility in such a short time.... that would be no one. What a complete moronic statement. GV is that you because you type like you speak

They clearly have the better coaches for the boys teams. They may not even get paid the same. Certainly little management effort is put into the firls side. Sometimes it isn't just about money. Most of their boys teams are solid. Not so for girls, not at all. They should shore up their weakness not make small incremental changes to their strengths
