We're sure the op is referring to the Excel link that clubs use when fine tuning times/locations before NEP posts. We recall as well that it was posted a few weeks before official NEP schedule

New NEP software
Also, NEP is rumoured to be using a new software program. Not sure if this effects everyone if just certain clubs

The schedule link is active. Fall 2019 NEP, however, is no longer coming up as a result when searching for leagues. It previously was. Why, I don't know. Maybe a glitch. I believe that is what the PP was referring to.

But, just because it's a club's second team (mostly) doesn't mean they aren't better than another club's top team

Seems foolish that the teams in the "top" division play 2 fewer games than everyone else. You all should ask the clubs for some $$ back...

The A and B distinction in NPL doesn't mean one is better than the other. A means founding member with NPL license who own that spot. B means the spot was earned. Both have the opportunity to make it to the final. People get way too hung up on "NPL B".
As for the A division having 6 games vs 7, if it's a problem for the teams in that division, I'm sure it can be easily rectified by a scrimmage or whatnot on the off weekend. If you don't have a kid in the division, why worry about it?
Finally, regarding if it's a club's A or B team, it doesn't matter. Some club's B team, or even C team, is much better than another club's A team!
