Makes zero sense for any ISL player to play at Revs, even with a waiver. Why throw away college options that your school helps create? NEFC/GPS/Bolts are by far the better options.

Bolts are D2 now and GPS/NEFC are a distant D3.

How does playing for Revs throw away college options? Thatís what ISL is for.

Quite the opposite - if you pull off getting an official or unofficial waiver to play at a pro club for free plus get a great education, why wouldn't you? The Revs are very weak for a MLS club but they still isn't viewed as weaker than Bolts or Seacoast.

Not according to the USSDA standings or the college commitments. What objective measures are you using?

Revs will finish lower in the table this year than last year. Bolts will finish higher. Seacoast canít finish any lower.

Not playing each other. Revs are on an MLS only cup schedule. That's gonna be a nightmare of travel for our kids.

Travel really is not that different and you play the Revs twice, NYCFC only once instead of twice.

They are by college coaches. And. maybe more importantly, they don't do anything to support the college process for their players. That's where the difference really hurts.
