She wasn't good enough for GCF but she is a disciple of Mick. I think he is hoping that her hire will now make for an easy win every year.

Girls Can was an abomination. Super low integrity group of people ran that org. Was she really part of that?

Can’t believe that is the best candidate Seton Hall could attract. A big East school should be able to draw someone better. There will be no change in Seton Hall’s success. They will stay at the bottom.

I don't know anything about the specific program but if you have a school or AD who doesn't care much about the sport, doesn't offer good pay etc it's tough to attract good coaches. Look at UCONN. Supposedly several people turned it down and they got who they got.

And what is wrong with who they got?

they did a national search and ended up promoting their assistant who had no head coaching experience? You don't know what's wrong with that?

Cause that never works in other sports like the NFL. Oh, wait.....

So you must ignore a qualified assistant because whomever you hire MUST have been a Head Coach elsewhere? How is a coach supposed to get that Head Coaching experience if you can't consider a qualified assistant?

And what is the time frame a new coach should be given to make it work?

How do you know it isn't working at UCONN? Are you inside the program and do you have an accurate pulse on the culture and how the players feel about things right now? Are you privy to the conversations going on in the coaching staff and with the Athletic Director?

Or are you just sitting on the outside, looking through the window, and speculating with little to no real useful information?

All the players are essentially her recruits so that's not really an excuse. She gets a one year pass for being a new HC. Next year she'll need to show improvement.
