KJ is a nice person and a decent coach; He will leave you high and dry in the middle of the season for .50 cents. He's done it a number of times, that's just how he is - its not personal

As long as he does his best while there, no problem. Coaches do not make that much when you think of the hours worked. That's why they are independent contractors vs. employees. Do your job while you have it. If something better comes along, leave the right way with proper notice. There should be no hard feelings.
