Why are they giving these funds to the clubs in the USA? The payments should go to the parents. Does FIFA not understand that here in the US youth soccer is funded by the parents and not the clubs?

Lol true but any player good enough to go pro isn't paying for anything. They're in MLS, and got free rides up until that point
