    Change the Landscape

All the clubs took PPP money --- totally their right, it was offered. Everyone reading this would've done the same in their situation.

    However...

They gave us back less than 10%. That is what is wrong about this. It doesn't add up

    Club Fees + PPP money.

This happened in all your surrounding states. All the big clubs in NJ, NY, MA, PA, MD.

All took big PPP Money, took club fees (up front), and gave us back <10%.

What do we have to do to change the landscape.

Take to the streets, wear a mask and protest. Don’t worry there is proof protesters don’t create Covid outbreaks. Also pop any soccer ball you see

Not sure it has the advantage you think it does. PPP loans are loans. Meaning more debt unless forgivable, which the SBA made pretty difficult to do. I’m guessing most of these clubs have 1099 employees, which are not counted as payroll. So essentially, the PPP loans for them would need to be paid back.

The bozos running our club said they will give us a refund after we pay our third installment for this year. We left and they keep emailing us for payment... they're about to be sued

Pays salaries for the owners though. Also pays rent and utilities. Guess who gets the rent?
