So stupid. Kids are playing in tournaments now but can’t possibly play HS sports?

Do these schools leave the state to play games? If so thats more than likely why. CIAC im told is scheduled to play a full season unless things change

Only one of the schools is in NY, the rest are in CT. Shouldn’t be a problem as far as that goes (except for the one NY team perhaps).

CT public high schools will not be having a fall season. No way to control testing costs, towns looking to save money and too much risk involved. Why play a season of high school sports while colleges are cancelling all around.

Public schools have already started captains practice and camps. When do you think this decision is coming by?

Do not overlook the fact that Prep schools have kids from all around the world. So no, it’s not just fine.

Like with colleges, dorms are the main issue. Prep schools don't want to risk campus outbreaks, especially with many kids far from home.

Ours said no captains practices until August. Some kids still getting together in small groups (and not at school)
