In all seriousness how does this all happen?

You can say all you want about FC Boston. They're a professionally run club, college and full time coaches.

How do they let FC Boston South exist? Are they oblivious?

South has one full time coach and he only coaches one team. And, the team that the lone bolts coach actually coaches he has a parent as an Assistant coach LMAO.

The rest of the teams have parents coaching their kids team. You can't even make this stuff up, it's such a joke.

so we know how this works right...if you arent buying , you arent trying...big clubs need to expand and grow into new areas to boost their wallets/egos..so they find small clubs to buy, even like in this case where there might be just one or two teams, and magically they have a new "region" to put on their website. Problem is, like in this case, people see right through it. If they actually take the time to bring in some decent coaches and actually build a program instead of buying one, they will have people seek them out and at least give them a try.

How do you think businesses go from starting with a headquarters (main office) and then expanding into regional or branch offices. You start off slow by having 1 or 2 people in a remote office (or home office) and grow from there. If you try to grow too big too fast, you might not have the business to sustain that. Often times, bigger businesses will buy smaller offices to expedite the growth. The base is already there, and then if you can find more customers, you add more staff. Chicken vs. egg approach.

But in this case they are actually losing players and getting a horrible rep. Parents think they are paying for the bolts and once they figure out its just a bunch of dads with agendas they leave and tell people its a joke.

Coaching in the south is really bad.

Oh dont get me wrong..i get what you are saying . But the key to successful business expansion is buying a quality product that is in alignment with your brand or allows you to compliment what you already do well, or buying something that isnt but allows you to expand and grow into new geographical areas and gain new territory. I honestly dont know much about FC Boston, but it seems that in general people dont see this current region as reflecting what they are about. Sometimes in the business world, when this occurs you clean house and rebuild in your image. Guess we will see if they do that here or not as it doesnt seem like much growth will occur and some increased revenue realized with the current team in place in the region.
