How does it feel for the rest 12-8 players of the GPS South (Crusaders)? Were they notified of this before signing their contracts?

Does GPS really care about all their players?Or is it business as usual?

If GPS is takes u8's and by u15 they are the best in the region , kudos and I will be the first to say that they are for development . If they are just buying up small clubs to make super clubs that is recruiting. You are just herding cattle and hoping that you bought the most tender meat.Play the odds game and hope people will keep coming back .

First 2 weeks of NPL

Gps off to a strong start 2-0 beat CSU 5-0 and Secoast maine 4-0 today. Seacoast maine beat aztec 6-1 last week and today aztec gave NEFC A game 2-1. Anyone watch that NEFC VS aztec game? Curious if NEFC Is going to be strong??

Nefc 2-0 they won first 2 games of season. Strong team, will have to wait and see what happens when the scorpions finally decided to show up and play..

Nefc aztec game: extremely even nefc off to a slow start but get a goal just before half time, aztec equalizes mid second half, nefc scored with 1 minute left to win, not sure if nefc was weak or aztec was strong.

How is it decided then?? Reguardless if it is a new team, how do they get moved up??$$$ Most teams are different from season to season, especially at this age . Most players are looking for a high level to play at, especially if they are considering playing in college.

Coach and DOC from each club assign the level for each team. They know best the personnel changes year to year

Couple of things are clear

Sadly the NPL MAY only HAVE a handful of really strong teams. (Those teams being Scorpions and GPS NPL) GPS HAS PLAYED the first 4 games and is 4-0 with 18 goals for 0 against. Other than Scorpions GPS HAS PLAYED ARGUABLY the top teams on the schedule in Seacoast Me, CSU, Seacoast NH AND NEFC. After seeing these games the gap between these teams AND GPS is considerable.

Scorpions are at the top, gps are close contenders, with seacoast Maine as an obvious 3rd. Classics and nefc are only shadows of what they were last year.
