This is the NPL it's not a promotion/relegation system it's filled by member clubs and the npl is newly affiliated with the nep on the boys side. Also, aztec is a very different team this year, they'll be surprising.

How is it decided then?? Reguardless if it is a new team, how do they get moved up??$$$ Most teams are different from season to season, especially at this age . Most players are looking for a high level to play at, especially if they are considering playing in college.

There are about 6-8 high level teams in this age group and they are all going to be divided among several leagues (NEP - Scorpions, GPS, NEFC, CSU; Maple - Nor easter, AVSC; Region 1 - Spartans)
This must be what is best for the kids...

On paper the NPL team should be pretty good.
