HS Girls 2019 Season

Take a look around. It's high school soccer most teams are weak.

Take a look around. For girls of HS age the exact same thing can be said of club.
Top 4-6 teams are good, rest are garbage.

I think that between Private and Public there are actually more quality HS programs than club. At any one age group there are max 7 good teams in club (Stars 2, NEFC 2, SSS, GPS, Scorps), and for HS there is a minimum of 10 quality programs (5 ea. Public and Private).

Yes the top 02 ECNL and DA teams and older beat the top HS Teams.
The top 4 Public HS and Top 3 ISL Teams could beat Stars 03 ECNL and certainly the 04s.
All these girls play HS and the top HS team rosters are all club players

Agree that the 100+ other HS teams lose badly, but not Top 4

If you're really interested in the high school game, you're better off focusing on several good teams and skipping the Globe rankings, which are bogus; especially in the early season.

And never take their scores as gospel; way too many times they'll mess up Marshfield and Mansfield; Bedford and Medford, you name it.

Truth...at least 3 teams listed with no losses have a loss and one is from a team not even in the top 20. I wish the MIAA would get their standings page up to date even they don't have a reliable site. Trying to look up a team we are playing next to see how they fared against other teams and they have no scores for them. Oh well, I bet they have the football scores in there!

Truth...at least 3 teams listed with no losses have a loss and one is from a team not even in the top 20. I wish the MIAA would get their standings page up to date even they don't have a reliable site. Trying to look up a team we are playing next to see how they fared against other teams and they have no scores for them. Oh well, I bet they have the football scores in there!
