Fact: WFF as a club is a dumpster fire, so none of the rule changes affect anything going on there. Sadly for those girls, unless the parents wake up, it's a lost cause.
Fact: TBU 03s could and should have several more commits at this stage but the team is simply not very good (especially compared to some other age groups). As a result they are less seen by coaches and thus less opportunities to commit.
Opinion: I think several of the TBU 03s will eventually commit. They will not only be seen again at showcases like Sanford and Houston, but the TBU coaching staff is excellent at promoting the players. The programs they commit to might not be as strong as previous years, but the opportunity to play soccer in college will happen for many of them.

Great point...Thats the difference between a club that has good connections with College coaches and the ones that dont. When you have actual active college coaches in the club that only helps the players get exposure. Do the flamers have anything remotely close to that? YY has a great relationship with the local Brandon YMCA so Im sure he can pull some strings for you flamers..See you at tryouts but just remember dont be mad when your player can only make the 3rd team..I know it will be a shock but hey its better than being a flamer...

AGREED: The rule changes have had a minimal effect on commitments.
AGREED: TBU 03s simply are not very good ESPECIALLY when compared to the previous TBU age groups before them. That doesn't mean TBU sucks. It just means that age group isn't very good.
AGREED: WFF is a dumpster fire and will lose GDA. No pity for the parents that stayed this year.
Opinion.... It'll be interesting to see which schools and how many of the 03 girls commit to colleges. I guess we'll see how good those TBU connections are with college coaches are at this time next year. Regardless TBU will have more than commits then WFF and any other local club. I wouldn't be shocked if Celtic or Charges have more 03 commits than WFF.
