We all remember get good grades being of a huge priority in helping get a full scholarship. Giving out full athletic vs a combo of athletic/academic uses up a ton of money that could be spread out on multiple players vs one player. This leaves a majority of your squad with partial scholarship or walk on's at a very expensive school. Players/parents will go with the money in most cases. I don't see anyone on that team that merit full athletic money.
Just expressing my thoughts and what others have told me.

BoD meeting last night. Changes are coming. Discussion was heavily based on how well they did with the boys side new hire. They think that they can find the same quality on the girls side

Since then he has guided them to their first NCAA appearance and now they are
6-0 and ranked #14 in the country. With the rift coach it can be done.

Highly decorated coach. Husband is an asst.
Portland needs someone who has had great success at any level.
NO retreads. They can't get a winning coach from D1.
