Who are the top teams in NH, and how do the 2nd/3rd/4th teams of Seacoast and GPS compare to other travel teams?

"Top" is pretty subjective. Depends on what your goal is, if any.

Pure talent, almost any argument starts and ends with either Seacoast or GPS. Then, it gets into gender and age. Probably GPS a little better with boys, Seacoast a little better with girls. But, that's not true across the board.

As for their lower teams, generally speaking their 2nd teams align with top teams of other programs.

The “top” teams can refer to different criteria and it varies by gender and age between different clubs. In general the strongest teams are Seacoast and GPS.
Some clubs have higher levels than others. In NH Seacoast has Academy level for boys and both GPS and Seacoast have teams of many genders and ages in the New England NPL division. FC Stars has one girls team in that NPL division, however FC Stars of MA has both ECNL and Girls Academy teams. So as far how high a player could potentially advance and play then the top teams in NH would be Stars for girls and Seacoast for boys.
