This has been said before but never any legitimate examples are given.
No examples because it's untrue. It may have been that way in the past but its definitely not like that now. Girls side gets lots of focus and growing every day.

With its great location and facilities how are they not the best club in NJ yet?

        Still a very young club
        DA debacle set them back
PDA/ECNL is still the main draw for top talent.

It’s AG. Great trainer, eh coach and horrendous as the person in charge. Doesn’t follow up on good players and leaves them twisting. Take the talent and figure it out later. Stop catering to average players

CSA plays direct. There iz no build up. There iz no passing. AG playz favorites. Certain girlz will always stay on the field irregardless of how bad they are. If he does not like you just find another team bcuz he will never like you.

You obviously haven't seen his 2010s

Must have been the horrendous weather or poor officiating. Only way a team scores 9 goals at this level according to CSA parents. Has nothing to do with effort or talent level.

Both 2010 girls teams GA and USYS NL sitting at the top of the tables. Both undefeated this season

Those 2010 are not a result of his training. They are a result of a coach that has since retired Tom. NS and now AG are capitalizing on that but it is not their credit to take.

Between both 2010 teams, there have been 4 coaches over the past 2 years. Not saying the coaches don’t play a role at all, but in this case, it’s that 2010 girls age group at CSA. Both teams have some very talented players. Yes, training matters, but it makes a difference if the talent is there to begin with. The 10’s is their overall best age group.

They have distinctively different styles. The GA team plays TN's style that they learned earlier. The nl team plays the Cedar Stars way. Kick it forward and go get it.

they also play dirty but that’s the CSA way in general for Monmouth and Bergen
