Today PSA leadership made sure to let all the parents know that PSA leadership is finally listening too them and believing all them in regards to their complaints about what an awful coach DM is, how DM treats the players and families poorly, and the damage DM has caused to the reputation of PSA. This is not a lie, this is a fact. They heard the feedback from many parents that they would not being their kids back next year if DM was going to continue to be their kids coach. So today they had MC call all the parents of the children on the 2007G National Team to communicate the following guarantees:

    1. Starting in the fall, the 2007G National Team will be a full time team. All of the players would play only for the National Team and would not be required to play on DM’s 2007G Wildcats Regional Team.

    2. MC would be the coach of the 2007G National Team. Effective immediately DM’s interference in the 2007 team will no longer be tolerated.

    3. DM will no longer be permitted to coach the 2006 National Team because PSA is turning the coaching responsibilities of that team over to MC.

These are all facts. We all received this phone call with this information today. Solid proof of PSAs concern regarding the retention of their top players and their fear that these players will leave due to DM. In order to make it favorable for these players to stay and to sway these players to make a decision to stay, PSA created a situation for these players to be able to stay and not have to worry about being exposed to DM any further.

So now the truth is out there. The truth that the players and parents have no respect for DM and were going to leave because of him. The truth that PSA recognizes that and is working hard to rectify the situation and ease parents concerns about their kids’ development and skills rotting away for another year because of DM.

You literally took a phone call from your coach at another club and then posted it on every other thread? All you prove is your a snake parent. Why would anyone else want you to come to our club? Go back to PSA

Great club if you don’t want the multi team scam. Better training than bigger clubs, focused on skills, not size and speed. If you understand anything about soccer, just go and see their training and their games, the difference is obvious.

              NJ Premier

This review is only about the girls' side. NJ Premier is one of the better but not as well-known soccer clubs out there. The training is excellent. They really teach individual skills as well as how to play as a team and are focused on developing their players as opposed to poaching all the time. The club does not feature as prominently in the highest tier on the girls side in NJ because of constant poaching of their ranks by PDA. It can be a great place for someone to train at for 2-4 years before moving on to ECNL/DA clubs for better exposure.

This looks to be true from the outside look in. No pathway after a certain point, but solid training. It also doesn't seem like they have a/b/c teams in many age groups, so no one is being shuffled off their roster mid-season.

And here it is. You won’t even help yourself. Posting about PSA to our NJ fire down. We all know it’s the same PSA coach commenting on every thread.

Does anyone know the backstory between WHSA/NJ Elite and MatchFit? I wonder what Matchfit promised because the trainers at DTS are good!

                              Check the training sessions
                              check out a game
Nj premier depends on the coach just like any other team.
The problem is always the same, they say what you want to hear, then they do it there way. Sell you one thing and deliver something else. Promises , Promises.
some players can do anything (lots of siblings in the club) and no problem.
                              money talks....

                                Not true !!
nj premier is not above PDA , MF and some others.
good luck with the coach... Depends on age.
if you go do training sessions for "tryout" talk to some parents ,That can be very helpful. Find out about the good AND bad.
                                good luck on your choice.
