It’s a real shame what youth soccer has become. Backstabbing and toxicity nonstop.

FCB leads this trend. When your club uses back room deals and has teams being picked either before tryouts or without any tryouts according to who is friends with who and whose parents are in with the coach that’s what happens. And this is true across all age groups at the club. Backstabbing, toxicity and FCBackroom deal all go hand in hand.

Ukies fired a coach for having an affair with a players mom. Bucks hired the same coach and gave him the 08's and 10's just to get these teams. That is all you need to know to see how morally bankrupt they are at Bucks.

This is categorically not true. No back room deals, but legit tryouts. Coach may be stretched thin but still offers practice 3 or 4 times a week compared to FCB once a week. And at least two of those practices are single-team practices. So be quiet and don’t make stuff up that isn’t true.
