On the boys side, could easily take the best 3-4 kids from team boca and grab another 3-4 kids from other clubs and be similar to weston. Plan right now is take 2-3 kids and watch them learn how to suck or leave in a year. He can remain a figurehead and take the money, just bring in someone to bring in good coaches and manage them.

Plenty of people on here that cover lots and lots of clubs and games. Very simple. Has anyone ever seen a Boca United coach scouting a non-BU game? DA/GDA clubs are exempt from the poaching rule. They can approach any player at any time to tryout for a roster spot.

For me, I have never seen it. Not at any game, tournament, or showcase. Never. When we were at BU, I very seldom saw the DOC at anything besides tryouts. And that was just to give the sale's pitch. None of the coaches recruit. Lazy and complacent. Look at the rosters. It is the same core group of players with a few new ones each year to replace those that woke up and moved on.

They are supposed to submit a training regime which US Soccer is supposed to approve, however, not all clubs do this. Not sure where Boca stands in this regard.

Not being argumentative, just curious to how do know not all clubs do this? Is it an opinion? Idle chatter on the sideline? Do have some function within US Soccer?

there is a lawsuit coming

Not for nothing but there is a lawsuit coming...
vs club, county, us soccer and the personnel involved in the negligent disregard for player safety after failing to remove the steel post score board at the end of the fields. numerous players have been seriously injured and EE, John and county have been ignoring the issue.
one kid got hurt bad enough that the parents are currently filing. the only hard thing would be to serve eric, might have to go find him at the casino since he is never there.
