Hate to ask this obvious question, but what does this actually mean or qualify them for?
You type in a meaningless table of standings for a 6 team Oregon local club scrimmage arrangement. It's a small collection of local clubs who repeatedly play just themselves over the course of a year, some of these local clubs near the bottom of your table have been gutted by the Timbers DA program for 3 years straight. Are you trying tell all of us who is the best of the leftovers? Which is really quite sad yet profound at the same time.
