Soccer or Football is the global sport and as such does not resemble an American co-curricular off putting framework. Players are made in this sport in clubs. HS Soccer is picnic Soccer to the rest of the world. We can't dictate our strange foreign approach (school & Sport) to the globe. Nobody is interested.

Maybe it's time to convert to the metric system.

When you are playing the best the country has to offer and you are from Oregon these results are typical for our Girls. Same ole, Same ole.

That’s not bad. Should impress be this year as many top clubs have left their league and are in ECNL now so it got a lot easier. Presidents Cup bronze level.

California Thorns and Timbers Academy aren't doing much better.

Turns out "professional" organization, cache and subsidy doesn't mean much when your academy is an afterthought.

It will really help having the best teams leave the DA. This year is pretty rough but if enough teams drop out next year it might get better.

Six wins in 36 games is not bad. I’m sure the girls are very happy when they get a win. And isn’t that what’s is all about in the long run? The girls having fun?

6 of the top clubs. Everyone is leaving and mediocrity is joining.

Yes the focus should never be on wins/losses, but instead on the girls having fun. They are kids and learning to enjoy life, especially when you lose, is a great life lesson. A big “well done” and pat on the back to those helping the girls have fun in the face of losing.

This is a bit of wisdom that escapes some people.

When 50 clubs left the US Club League (ECNL) in 2017 for the US Soccer DA the Oregon clubs left in remains of B teams and also rans, were suddenly able to score goals, post W's and still get credit for their airline miles.

No change in college landing spots...

                            Which is the real kicker...

I know there are some B trainers on there. Why?
