Almost as desperate as the Clackamas parent who threw half his team, coach, and AD under the bus this morning.
Got a college offer to worry about?

Not at all. My daughter did not have food poisoning or go on a trip to Seattle the past few months.

Just thought it was pretty sad to try to bring this out in a public forum, but if you want to anonymously do it the go for it.

Similar to anonymously throwing the Clackamas team, coaches, and AD under the bus.

Pretty sad for an adult to go about things this way, but it is the state of society these days.

Never understood why the desperate pay to travel clubs want so badly to be compared to NWSL DA. Worlds apart, not even comparable products, no club in Oregon will ever be named a real DA with the MLS & NWSL in town. Quit with the p3nis envy of the 'DA' and enjoy HS rec and your club, no big deal.

HS resembles literally all club soccer in the area due to the club dilution or payola doctrine for staff and admin at the 510c3's keeping it real.

The NWSL Thorns Academy is doing quite poorly. 6 wins in 40 matches and a -42 goal differential.

They wound up with some B teamers.

          Why did that happen? Guesses?

            High school ban?
Travel to play weak teams like Burlingame and missing out on other activities? Maybe?

Thorns academy might only have 6/40 wins and a -42 goal differential but they would still easily beat all OYSA teams except the likes of ***C02, Salmon Creek00 and gps03. Even Burlingame would do well in OYSA. There are still some great players in OYSA but it is much lower level play than Academy or ecnl. It’s like comparing 6A to 3A.

Nothing compares to the recreational level of High School Soccer in Oregon, it’s the place to be I’m told.

What’s wrong with B team-ers? There’s a need for people to fill rosters and girls showed up at tryouts. Are you supposed to run with a roster of six players? That’s ridiculous. This discussion is ridiculous.

I was told that one of the OYSA rec players played in a DA game earlier this Fall and put in 2 goals vs. the Thorns U19.

Maybe the Thorns should recruit a few more of these rec type players to put on their own team.

The Thorns would lose to Clackamas, West Linn, Jesuit, and Moutainside.

                    CU02, CU03, and CU04 would beat the Thorns U19.

                      You misread the email.

                      OYSA and not OSAA.

Great, but what does that have to do with OSAA HS Soccer?

Congrats to both Jesuit and Clackamas. Based on returning players, who's everyones top 8 teams again? Looks like Jesuit only graduates only 6.

Anything with CU is debatable simply because they never tell the truth over there
