Michia, I guess, but don't get too worked up over u12.
cavalcanti spent a year and a half in weston in 2011 ! and then went on to as roma. or do you think the "weston mob" was controlling him in as roma?
you really think 3 trainers, michia and pastora form a "mob" that controls everything?

Javi Morales is better than any coach that is or has been around in South Florida. Just because people are used to a certain type of idiot coach that has had control in this area for too long, does not make Javi a bad coach. He is a professional amongst amateur coaches, players and parents. This sounds like sour grapes from parents that don't like the way things are going for their kids.

maybe the problem starts with the fact that the all stars where chosen incorrectly
you live and learn. Next season it will be different.
don't blame a coach for not getting it 100% right the first time around

When you are trying to develop professional players, its a process, and there will be many failures during the process. The strong will survive and the weak will go away. Only when the talent and the mentality meet is where the club will have a player they can move into the first team.

It is obvious that IM is implementing a plying style and that takes time, specially if the talent isn't there, the U19s have players out of shape that look more like construction workers.
The u17s have some injured key players that make a difference some are playing their own game .
The u15s look more compact and play better ,this is because the vast majority have been together for more than 1 yr.
