Name Change for Winter HS aged league

The Oregon Premier Council announced last week they are changing the name of their Winter League for High School aged boys and Girls.

They have introduced the new league as the 'ORL'

This league name change reflects the growth of the recreational players in their High School leagues for both boys and girls teams.

This trend of moving away from competitive team league play is a source of both pride and revenue for the OPC founders.

As their member competitive & 'A' teams at the boys high school ages have opted out of their OPC membership leagues and decided to join the Timbers Premeier league for 2015.

Long live the ORL!! & Congrats!

Love the mindless OPL fool who tells everyone else how wrong they are while he trips over himself. What a tool.

Doesn't change the fact that OYSA girls HS soccer is pre-rec kick and chase, no different than what you see if you watch 5 year olds playing...

It looks like this group is coming to grips with it's current membership. Well done and Happy New Year!
