The idiots that went to OPL and started it are the main reason for our state being behind.
The. They go back to OYSA and actually start changing things for the better but Opl stays the same.....OPL is living in the '90's with their development scheme.
The people that have gone from OYSA to opl and back to OYSA put our state behind....good things going on at OYSA but it has us behind by about 5 years

On the girls side please explain how the OPL clubs re-joining the OYSA would change the talent dispersion?
Also please explain what 21st century training is going on in the OYSA that is producing results.
