Depends on the ranking criteria just like how colleges get ranked on alumni giving, older and larger colleges have a larger base of alumni as well as how they run their alumni marketing giving drives, or smaller class size even though a graduate assistant is teaching not a professor.

Competition. When one soccer club or college rises, the other ones often do too. Look at California with about half of the top 20 public universities and excellent soccer clubs too. Players have more colleges and soccer clubs to apply for and play on in their state.

Someone has to communicate with FESA and build credibility. Bubb doesn�t leave a fine first impression and get parents involved. He turns parents away but that is part of his control bubble.
