Because the BOD was waiting on Bolo pretty much from the start of PC’s interim term. Bolo wanted to finish his last collegiate season at Creighton.

How did that work out? Seems you would only wait that long on somebody who was sure thing, good fit, and not much of a stretch. I guess Bolo wasn't. The word is also they had to wait to pay off Dade too but maybe that is just conjecture but would be logical depending on how he was let go and what lawyers do. Armada probably can't afford it now or figure it out, but they would be smart to recruit somebody from leadership of successful DA or ECNL club. Maybe like strong #2 ready to step up? The key is to find someone with experience on both boys and girls side because their are differences. The girls side is getting neglected because they keep beating their chests about DA and the Board president has son and Pat Cannon obviously comes from boys side so you get more of the same. Focus on boys (losing), neglect girls (losing), and continuing the reindeer games with significant parental politics starting with Board and down (losing).

Even though FESA appears to have more stable leadership, if you call Bubb that, they do share some of the same similarities with Armada as far as neglect and losing goes so nothing proud of there to be bashing Armada.

Rather than continuing to spew venom back and forth, why don't you help us make sense of this constant musical chairs with club leadership and why the girls side gets neglected in favor of boys DA, when they ain't that great either? At some point, when you have the same common denominator with Board leadership, somebody's got to be held accountable or man up, admit the failures, and step aside for somebody who might get it right. Thanks so much for your concern FECES turd! Constant musical chairs? Dade got fired, PC took the interim spot waiting for Bolo’s arrival, Bolo came and would rather just coach, PC promoted to ED. No musical chairs. Just trying to get it right is all. Just because you’re not happy that the club fired you for being a sh1tty coach doesn’t mean the club isn’t doing things right. In fact, that was one of the many things the club got exactly right. Lots of movement in the right direction at Armada, including getting rid of azz clowns like you!
