Talking to a parent with a kid on varsity and Jv from sandwich and they are embarrassed about the situation and the varsity coach needs to be fired and the AD needs to hire a real coach who is willing to put in the work throughout the program.
He does not have a good reputation, but I'm not sure what can be done about really weak JV and freshman -The Varsity seems way down this year so I'm sure the talent level overall is bad right now

Varsity coach is done after this season. He’s an ego-maniac and he has no right coaching at this level. He has squandered a decent little club and should focus on his family.

Some people are just nuts. Sandwich High school only has 669 students. The numbers are not there to compete against Weymouth with 1900 students or with Nauset which recruits kids all over the cape. People have short memories. Focus on his family? He coached all his children and their friends when they were little. He gave the Sandwich High coach all the talent that they won every conference championship when his sons and their friends were in high school. Why do you think Nauset started recruiting after 2011, because they could not beat Sandwich. Losing 2-0 to Nauset and 2-0 Weymouth if a good result from such a small school.

Not Alfredo here, but the OP has a solid point. Nauset is essentially a prep school when it comes to soccer. Recruit across a diverse area. Weymouth is big and not the cape.

Lowly d2 champions would be bottom half of the table of isl and give the mid table a run. They also sent more players to d1 last year than all but two isl teams

Weymouth will be the top Baystate Team
Milton tied North Quincy who lost 8-0 to Pembroke today. The Mighty Bay State League

Yeah, yeah, yeah, and if Swansea could just get promoted to the Premier League they would win the Treble.
