Best club for development? You can't go purely by whoever sends the most kids to college soccer. Top clubs develop better than average but they also aggregate talent that was developed elsewhere.

Best club for wins? All the leagues keep teams from playing one another. For boys then whoever is leading the pack in BDA is the champ for the state. But your local BDA club could be weak so who cares? For girls it's not clear cut at all.

The best club is the club that is the best fit for your kid.
