Year just started and gone again playing in a international tournament in Qatar Al Klass International Cup vs teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Manchester City ext.. His son is gone most of the time. MAU is not base on one individual player but around a strong foundation of team structure and team tactical system of play. So to answer your statement when the time comes and soon it will CM will be watching his kid, but will continue to do what he does best DEVELOPMENT of kids.

It is very dumb to compare a youth soccer coach to any professional college coach, especially one in a different sport. I would also ask how many of the coaches were at their schools longer than one year? CM has been around for a few years and bounced around more than a ping pong ball. He poaches players from teams from all over the place, so don't come on here thinking people are naive and that all of these players are ones that he developed from year one. He is abrasive and a bad human being. His temper at games directed at his players is deplorable. If he was the "father" of any of these kids as you suggest he treats them, he would be locked up for child abuse!

I was not replying to the fathers behavior only giving my opinion about his son. JM behaves with class and is a great player. Don't take your personal conflict with an adult to take it out on there kid. NOT COOL

So are you saying CM does not DEVELOP quality soccer players ? Are you also saying he should be coaching the Collegiate level?

I do not know about you but I would take Collegiate level soccer training for my kid anytime 3 nights a week if it was available.

CM is a bad dude. Plain and simple. Don't give a crap if he wins every game. You only get one childhood and this guy is bad for kids. If you have seen him coach, I can't imagine this being debatable. The parents who out their kids with him are just as bad, but I know a couple and they fit the model.
