Which is so lame. Really need to let them go to PKs. I know, I know - it could hurt a kid’s self esteem if they miss a Pk.

I think it should come down to some thing like boxing split decisions and punches landed. Go to OT and after that let it come down to shots on target or something. Some teams just play for the tie or the randomness of PKs.
