Let's start a viral post so FSA is forced to go out and hire non qualified people that have certain physical characteristics that don't want to work there. It's only fair. I don't see any Eskimos or Asians listed either and not enough Hispanics or women.

The same reason there are all white players. Soccer is a upper middle class/wealthy sport. Lot of money to play the sport in CT. Not just at FSA. Most clubs are just a bunch of rich white kids. Couple of clubs like Bridgeport Premier and AC Connecticut reflect their communities.

Some clubs manage the makeup of various socio economic groups. It’s a delicate balance. Clubs need to find paying customers while also attracting and retaining the best players. Some clubs struggle with it. SCP’s struggles are well documented on this site. One of their biggest problems is their reliance on scholarship players from lower socioeconomic groups (Latinos from New Haven). They don’t have enough white kids from the suburbs that are full pays and now they are struggling to meet their financial obligations. They are in a death spiral and it’s painful and sad to watch.
