This went on last year and led to alot of tension towards the end of the season. Some of the girls on the bench last year were better options than the starters that AA put out on the field, but he refused to bench his friends kids. If this team would of added two scorers this offseason, then they would be a top 10 team in the state and a darkhorse at State Cup. Last time I checked, there are other teams at this club besides the U-16. If you are not from the club I don't see why you keep coming on and bashing since they don't affect you. If you are from this club you really aren't helping anyone. Simply just adding fuel to the fire.

It's pretty plain to see. AA. Look at all the team's he has had the most direct influence on at the club. All have initially done well because of the talent of the players, but he has never been able to hold that talent together nor advance them with tactical direction. As a coach he has been lacking. As a DOC he has been abysmal. The club continues to survive based on recreational numbers and relative isolation, despite most talented players bolting as soon as they realize the reality of the lack of development or any strategic direction for the club. LFC continues to thrust competitive soccer at the rec level and brings many, young competitive teams over from rec to boost revenue and numbers on competitive, without concern for whether or not they are ready or deserving. As long as the Board has blinders on to these facts, those involved with LFC had better get used to more of the same.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment
