Their ability to have successful teams throughout the club in different leagues. Successful DA program for 2 years with strong supporting Pre DA Academy. These Pre DA teams are having successful seasons in NPL and CDL leagues. This gives the DA program a strong homegrown program to develop players from within the club. These players will be prepared to make the jump to full time DA as they have been trained in the same system by the same coaches.

This is called development. It takes time, but it is working.

He just tells those parents about how Hope Solo lived in her Mom's car for a few years and then went on to be a star and he has those hopeful parents eating out of his hand... "Mr. Yo-Yo, did you say she could make the National Team like Hope Solo?"
