Why is there no mention of dinosaurs roaming the earth in the Bible?

Dinosaur fossils are tissues of dinosaurs preserved until today. Bible times were 2,000 years ago. Dinosaurs lived before humans existed (they must go back at least 2,500 years or earlier or something ..... maybe all the way back to 5,000 years even).
