UB needs overhaul of their program and start from scratch. The new guy isn't new and new assistant (old SCSU assistant) is a proven terrible recruiter.
RR needs to be replaced at UCONN. team is falling behind the times and has been for some time
QU head coach is currently best in state but not much to compare
