    You contradict yourself here.

    So which is it?

This is what a decent coach and mentor should do.

What actually happens most of the time is lazy or poor quality coaches just take credit for things that happen just because the athlete gets bigger.

I hope that helps you learn how to better think for yourself.

sorry to hear it doesn't happen everywhere, it is useful

We even do this on our high school team.

Post-tryouts meeting with each player to discuss strengths, weaknesses, role in the program and individual goals for the season.

Mid-season check in on progress being made. Tweaking focus. Adjusting goals.

Post-season assessment with recommendations for player focus during club season to improve opportunities for success next year.

Involves the entire coaching staff.....done quite well every year.

So is the Victory Club an aggregate of other clubs talent like Dynamo and CFC branches just for the winter? Or is it a real club that plays year round?

It sucks when you are in the middle of practice and somebody decides to let their dogs run around. We had one dog steal the ball and run off with it, right in the middle of practice.

Never heard of them. What leagues do they play at?

They're Prospect Dynamo. If they register for indoor at FSA as Dynamo, they get placed up an age group like other premier teams. If they register as Victory, they play in division with same age travel teams and younger club teams.

Their uniforms are straight out of the Kentucky Derby but they kick ass on the turf. I've always had a lot a respect for PSC Dynamo and these indoor teams are no different. They've got some tough players and they play a nice game.

If your Prospect Dynamo then use the real club's name.. Why change it/ or hide under another name ? Feel bad for the kids in those jerseys- yikes!

Guess kids did not have a say in those jerseys- yikes!

Clubs like this prey on parents who don't know any better.

No, does not seem to be Dikranian program. They play indoor at FSA. Seems to be a bunch of PSC Dynamo players. Previous poster is probably right. They probably mix players from different club and just run indoor. Not really very strong in most groups.

Way to revive a stupid old thread. Likely, it's what often happens indoors, some soccer dad gets the idea of creating a super team and cobbles together kids from three teams to make an indoor-only team for the purpose of running up the score every game.
